Short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you and plan FrightScream, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

Information you enter in our forms, such as your name, email, phone, ZIP code, organization, property details, interests and message. Our hosting provider may also log basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up on property, sponsorship, crew or community conversations.
• To send project news if you opted in. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To understand, in aggregate, where interest is coming from (for example, ZIP codes) to help choose a location.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our email (for example, website hosting and form processing), or when required by law.

Your choices & California rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop emailing you, at any time through our contact form. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, and we'll honor them.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
